Thursday Games - Football's back!

I don't mind wazzu losing to Rutgers. It's the bad losses to FCS teams and non P5 teams we need to avoid as a conference.
 
Maybe. This SOS stuff with the playoff has me thinking in terms of conference RPI as if it's hoops season when I root for the conference in all the OOC games. I need to stop that. It's only a 4-team playoff and until CU has a chance to make it, the focus should be on the Buffs moving up in the conference and - once the Pac-12 season starts - what helps give us a better path to a higher bowl tie-in.

Exactly. Wake me up when we're pushing top 4 and i'll root for conference foes.
 
Wow didn't hear about that rule change. Vandy gets flagged for having "anchor down" on their jersey. Check that, I think they got charged a timeout instead.
 
Kalen Ballage with a beastly and physically dominating run breaks two tackles to convert a 4th and 5 on a screen pass.
 
Wazzu/Rutgers has actually turned into a pretty good game. I just need the over and I am headed to bed though.

He will be the one recruit that we missed. The one we look back on and wish we got him. *tears*
 
Thought he sounded familiar. Huge fumble, they are getting about 5 or 6 yards a carry too. They should be able to score.
