I need to show that to my buddies who don’t understand how crucial the admin has been to our problems that is now getting fixed.

Exactly! I watched the video of Coach Prime walking through our facilities and it sort of dawned on me that we have this big beautiful empty castle just waiting for someone with a vision to come and create the next Camelot.

I went back through and looked at the recruiting profiles from 2013 to 2015. Woof. Glad those days are behind us. Seeing posts like "Oooo, I like this recruit has an Iowa St offer. Oh, and a Boise St offer; that's basically P5."
