Track and field at 2018 NCAA Championships (Eugene, June 6-9)

With the coverage switch scheduled right during the steeplechase final (4:54 PM MT scheduled start), hope they don't screw up the coverage of that race too bad. (It's already a joke among most of the distance running community/ fanbase how freely American coverage (especially) of meets go to ads, field event updates, etc., right in the middle of the longer races.)

Looks like she finished as a 2nd team All American. Congrats, Erin!

Yep- she shows as finishing 13th in the official results (https://www.ncaa.com/sites/default/...ield/results/d1/outdoor18/Finals/027-1-01.htm).

For the 2nd straight year, a big performance in the 4X400M relay produces a come from behind overall team winner, as USC, 9 points behind Georgia going into that relay, get the win as their anchor leg makes up about 10 meters in the final 30 or so to win by .17 second over Purdue to get the race and overall team title. (Georgia didn't make the final in the relay.)

Congrats to the fellow Pac 12 team for the win.

That was the craziest comeback that I've ever seen from almost dropping the baton to the final 100 meters.
