UCLA Game Week -- Official Thread (8:30 on ESPN2)

What. The. ****.

Kick the ****ing field goal. Go in to halftime down one and get the ball to start the second half. What the fick is going on?
 
Frustrating end to the half, but nice to see some deeper throws being made.

Getting pushed around on both lines a lot, hopefully that doesn't amplify as the game goes on.
 
I am SO VERY GLAD that we aren't playing Stanford this year. Holy **** they would roll us with their offense.
 
This is all in the players. The play calls are there. When a ball hits a dude in the pads in his he end zone, well, ****! Every big play has a hold or illegal chop blog or whatever.
 
I'd say that these teams are like watching Colorado high school football but that would be a grave insult to Colorado high school football. Montez is surrounded by much lesser talents.
 
We are still our own worst enemies on offense. I have yet to see a game where we haven't been, even UW.

But UCLA has been their own worst enemies on offense, too.
 
i do think we need to run up the middle and throw some quick hitters on the seams, maybe some screens. we aren't outgunned in this, but we certainly have the capability to blow ourselves up. that defense is not good.

i hate whoever the commentary guy is too: he's a douche. totally hating on CU and spent 3 segments spluttering out an implication that mm did something wrong this summer. ****ing douche. and, how ****ing retarded he is-- when montez got racked and needed a minute to catch his breath, douche announcer is like "uh, maybe something happened when he fell." no, douche. he got punched in the nuts.

ucla is, as usual, soft as butter. hit them in the ****ing mouth and make them quit.
 
This is like watching a team pretending to play college football. It's like they have no plan and are in no big hurry to get one.
 
Just got home from the Rockies game. Close game, good to see we’ve slowed them down. Now we gotta crush em.
 
Shenault's a stud, Kough blocks like a high schooler seriously, tons of low snaps messing up the timing, idiotic play calling & Montez is a baller.
 
get mean, Buffs. these guys will quit. you just have to hit them and make them remember that they don't like contact.
