Uniform Prediction Thread - 2018 Game 3 - New Hampshire (Home)

This combo should look good, but it would look better if our jerseys and pants were really silver and not gray.

Hoping for no pink undertones most of all, though.

What does the uniform have to do with them getting a big head?

If this is anything like years past, the captains select the uniform combinations prior to the season.

My point is more that it would have been cool if the captains before the season or whenever they choose the jerseys would just say, "You know we want to be like the 1989 or the 1990 teams, so let's just choose the traditional uniform all year and kick some ass and not worry about crazy combos", not like what seemed like a very out of control uniform combo season last year, where it was just a "Look at how cool we look, even though we are floundering and cannot play like we did in 2016!" I cannot change anything, I know that, and I need to stay away from these Uniform threads, but I just cannot help myself. I am loosening up though, and am fine with this combo.

Think of it this way, the captains are choosing combinations that not only they like, but they think recruits will like as well. The uniforms have become part of the recruiting equation, for better or worse. So while a lot of fans and coaches (I am assuming) would rather not deal with this, and just roll with the traditional combos all the time, the kids are much more in tune with what their peers and the next group of players want to see.
