Well, count me among the converted. I thought jambalaya burritos were weird. While making them for tomorrow, I had to have one, you know, for quality control. Yumm. A little sloppy, but delicious just the same. It remains to be seen how reheated jambalaya burritos will taste, but I'm optimistic.
