Anybody have experience getting tickets at UW? AKA Should I expect a sell-out or is scalping a good option?

Also, it looks like CU section is 101- can anyone who bought through the AD confirm?

I haven't gotten my tix in the mail yet ... they said they mail them 2 weeks in advance. I'm calling them by Friday if I don't have them.

Visiting section is in the west end zone ... farthest place from the beer garden, the bastards. But the daytime start at least makes it less likely to be freezing if its raining, so there's that ...

There will be scalpers along the walk in from the north parking lots, but I don't recall a ton of them the last time. There's still a ton of seats on StubHub. They pack the place pretty well (big city, only D1 school for 300+ miles, Seahawks are rebuilding), and if we come in 6-0, it's gonna be ****ing crazy.

ESPN doesn't like doing Gameday locations for games that are shown on Fox.
It's on the table though, if both us and UW win this weekend.

I don't see us even being in the running for getting gameday, even as a visitor, for any other game this year though unless both us and WSU go undefeated from here on out.

Wisconsin Penn State would be the only real competition that weekend.

6-0 CU (top 15) vs 6-1 UW (maybe top 5). Would definitely be the premier matchup, IMO, and Wisconsin is on Gameday this week (in Ann Arbor).

Is it bad that I don't want Gameday unless it's live from Boulder ?
I agree. Since we are never going to be a powerhouse I feel like ESPN isn't going to do a CU game year after year. I don't want them to not do Boulder sometime because the Buffs were in a Gameday game the year before on the road.

I'm going to be just hopeful that CU puts on a decent showing in this one.

Agree. Ugly. UW compared to USC - better coached, better discipline, as much as people think Browning sucks I think he is currently better than Daniels, USC had freshman safety and weak DBs that we didn’t even TRY to test, USC was playing without captain/star LB and lost quite a few players during the game = gonna be ugly.

Well the wife just dropped an awesome birthday present. Two tix and a flight to Seattle for the game!!! Best wife ever. Think the tickets are in the end zone. Btw buffs are undefeated when are at a road game. Won at Oregon and Stanford in 16. Hope the streak continues!!

Nice!! I wanted to hit up this game 2 years ago. But my wife’s friend decided to get married the following weekend so I’ll be there a week late.

I think our defense will do fine against Washington, they played pretty well yesterday. The offense has to get some things figured out though, the pistol at the end of the game was a nice wrinkle though.

Browning can’t throw downfield so thankfully their weakness plays into our weakness. But if we come out with this **** offense again we’re going to have the same ugly result.

I would argue that Daniels didn't really "throw downfield." He just launched **** and our DBs couldn't make plays. Browning can do that too, and their coaches will know that as well.

Washington doesn’t have the receivers that usc does though.

Maybe. We’ll see.
They don’t. Not to say that Washington doesn’t have good receivers but I don’t think they will be nearly as effective down the field in jump ball situations. What the do have is a great tight end and they use them in the play action game very effectively which we usually don’t do well against. Hopefully the added athleticism of Taylor and Lewis at OLB will help.
