Week 4 Polls and Rankings

With 10 minutes left in the game yesterday, up by 10 and having looked Utter crap all game long, I sure didn't think we would be ranked this week. I wouldn't be embarrassed about it but I personally don't think we deserve to be. This has been a weird year, undefeated, but not feeling too confident about them at all.

I was right on all counts.

Yes, you were. As far as us, we're a top 15 team next week if we take down UW.....assuming all of those east coast media goofballs who vote in the AP stay up late enough to watch our game. Can't argue with SDSU in the top 25, and I'd say they're the front-runner for the G5's NY6 bid-they've got wins over two Pac 12 teams. I still don't agree with LSU being ranked after that debacle last night.

I'm not heartbroken over not being ranked - I want to get in to the Top 25 and stay there. That means either beating UW, or losing to UW and then winning 5 of 6 out of UCLA, Arizona, Oregon St, WSU, Cal, & ASU before facing USC.

Irma gonna guess it had to do with storm sympathy.

Plausible. You would think they could give Houston a little more love.:)

Not even sure we need to go 5-1. I think 7-3 would have us in the Top 25. If we go 5-1, we will be pushing Top 15.

Bowl projections after Week 3:

Bonagura: San Diego State vs. Stanford
Hale: Boise State vs. Colorado

Foster Farms Bowl

Bonagura: Northwestern vs. Colorado

Foster Farm's Bowl against NW would be amazing, except it would have to be played at Levi's Stadium.
