You are in a shape.... but one that more resembles a pear....
I think Polk has been criticized unfairly a lot this year. He spends a lot time looking bad as he tries to cover up the mistakes of other guys. You can criticize his judgement sometimes on the field (15 yard penalties) or his reaction to certain things. At the same time you can never criticize his toughness or his dedication to the team.
I can't imagine playing as hard as he does with a cracked sternum. Add the wrist and the concussion and he is off the charts.
