Where Will We Rank?

Where will we rank Tuesday in the CFP poll?

Even though we played a terrible game offensively or a phenomenal game defensively depending on perspective of the voters, where will we rank Tuesday?

Enough teams in front of us did their job and I say we climb to #11.

11, possibly 12. LSU, Florida, and Nebraska will all drop below us, and A&M could as well. As far as our offense........I think Arizona will be the perfect elixir for what ails it right now. They look like they've quit.

Would not be shocked if LSU does not drop below us. SEC teams are rewarded for playing in close conference losses.

They've got it down to a science now. Unranked SEC team beats team ranked pre-season #10. Ranked team only drops a few spots because "the other team was overlooked." Now both teams are ranked and then they spend all year doing the same thing repeatedly. Unranked team beats ranked team and they both get ranked. Then when someone loses a few if they beat another ranked team they're an instant top 25 entrant the next week. It doesn't matter how well they play or if they lose, every SEC loss is a "good loss"

Not going to matter too much if we don't get our offense straightened out. That's a much bigger concern for me than ranking right now.
Or offense struggled against a very good fUCLA defense, the main issue I saw was the line, that is what needs to get fixed, but my guess is any team with a stout D line we'll struggle just the same.

Yup. We've struggled against physical DLs and destroyed average ones. If we don't run 200 yds on AZ I will be disappointed and concerned the O is struggling period...not just against good Ds.

I'm thinking 12, with aTm dropping to 10 and staying ahead of Oklahoma and us.

Buffs now at a 7% chance to make the playoffs... MY MIND CANNOT COMPUTE

*that's good for 10th best in the land of college football, FYI

Seems like the 2 games that would help us most are OU & WVU losing.
Auburn, as well, surprisingly. Assuming we win out, the next WSU game has a huge potential impact on our chances. Need them to beat Cal. (& the team needs to ignore all of these (incredibly fun) what-ifs, obviously)
