Anybody and everybody who watched, read or listened to Colorado coach Karl Dorrell's postgame comments Saturday in the wake of a 30-0 beatdown at the hands of Minnesota heard this: "Offensively, we're struggling in a number of areas. It's not just the quarterback. It's protection, it's run game, it's receivers, it's (running) backs, it's everything. It's one of those things where we're going to have to wipe the slate clean and start all over."

It is interesting he brought up the 40-3 loss to USC in 2002. I was so pissed about that game. I wrote a massive post about “At one point does the team owe us more?” that was based on me losing an entire day to come watch such a garbage product. Saturday was easily just as bad, if not worse.

I’m pretty confident I’ve never seen offensive incompetence at that level and I was a season ticket holder when Bernard Jackson was our QB.
 
Making the point that we may suck, but other teams in the conference also suck isn’t exactly lifting my spirits.
