Wood to be named starter, practices to be closed

The players know who the starter will be, they don't need a public pronouncement. More important is to do the work needed to win.

If we are fundamentally more sound than we were last year and the coaches don't fail to make the adjustments needed we will beat CSU. Beat CSU and the team gets some confidence to build on. Same conditions and we then beat Central Arkansas.

From there on out it gets much tougher. I don't think the Fresno is unwinnable but it will be an uphill battle.
 
Only went to one practice, but thought Connor Wood threw tighter passes and moved around well. He looked better than Liufau imo, no offense to Sefo.
