agree. when I first moved to the Bay area I got season tickets. that was back when Cal was good and they were ranked in the top 10 in the country. I remember thinking that crowd was so lame that I went over and sat in the Oregon State visitors section just to get some atmosphere.
I should have some connection to them because my grandfather played for Cal in the Rose bowl back in the day, but I just think the games are totally boring and that the crowd is awful.

Well, no. Someone made a comment about why don’t we try to use Buchanan for long field goals. And response was that we’re not losing games by field goals, but we’re not actually sure if we can kick long field goals if we need to. And right there would have been a perfect time to try.
But I truly appreciate your input…but not really.
