I don't know how you leave Oklahoma out.

1 loss (on a missed field goal) and they avenged it decisively today.

Yes, Bama is a lock regardless. They are clearly vulnerable but there is zero question they are among the 4 best. Georgia is a lock if they beat them. The field will be set and OU/OSU both get left out regardless.

I disagree if Bama loses by 21+

Big Ten, Pac-12 and Big Twelve possibly all left out if Georgia hangs on and Clemson takes care of business. I don't think that's what the commissioners had in mind when they set this up. Look for the calls for an 8 team playoff to grow.

I want GA to win as much as anyone. But there is A LOT of time left in this game. Anyone counting AL out at this point does so at their own risk.

If UGA wins, what’s the seeding? I can’t imagine, the committee would make a semi final rematch between these two. I’d say 1 Clemson, 2 ND, 3 Georgia, 4 Bama

Which sucks for Clemson to get Bama in the Semis and great for UGA. I feel like ND is one of those “most deserving” not necessarily “best”.

If I was ranking teams strictly in order of how good I think they are I'd put ND no better than 7th or 8th.

Was hoping Bama would lose by enough to make it interesting. Not gonna happen :(

Damn they are so good.

I agree. But you have to put a team that plays a P5 schedule into the playoff if it goes undefeated.

Albrights CFB takes need to die. He is a great follow for NFL info, but he is such a simpleton when it comes to college. This is in reference to UCF, which he believes should be #4

Generic takes like this are just dumb. The selection of the 4 playoff teams is not cut and dried by any means, that's what makes it so great.

Now, let's see Pitt beat Klem's son... is it UGA, OSU (with a win) or UCF that takes the 4th?
