He never won a National Title!I think Dantonio looks worse than the AD for this. Never let a retiring HC pick his own replacement. Also, once a coach has decided to retire he has already checked out in a lot of ways and you know that your recruiting at the very least is going to suffer.
Dantonio did MSU a favor by resigning. The issues he has created and exacerbated will be hard to recover quickly from, though.
FIFY. I don't think "the program" ever entered into the calculation on that.I think the thing that bothers me most about Dantonio is that his behavior screams that he thought he was bigger than the program and was offended when MSU did not agree.
I can only imagine how many times Dantonio ripped a player's ass for behaving like he was bigger than Dantonio.

Yeah I have to believe this isn’t true because if it is, it means he’s fraud and a liar and I don’t think that’s who he is.Would be the ultimate **** you to everyone associated w CU to come out and dispel the rumors 2 days ago and go on a local media tour talking about how committed you are only to actually accept the job on the same day.
This would be far more than “big boy football”Yeah I have to believe this isn’t true because if it is, it means he’s fraud and a liar and I don’t think that’s who he is.
