Official 2022 Allbuffs Gambling Thread

Reds +1.5 and Votto to hit a ball into the corn at +410 tonight since I'm watching the Field of Dreams game.

Should you be willing to pay more juice on an even number o/u season wins bet knowing you might get a push?

Does that play into your thinking.

TCU moves to -10.

why?
It's Vegas, why do you think???

There was more money coming in on the Buffs (Solich was in town??) at the lower number and the LV Sharks upped the ante to even out the load! SHEESH!

How many times until you unnerstan the "line" is designed to even out the money load bet on each side???

OK. You are really smart about gambling.

So you think line evening caused a 1.5 point swing!!! In 8 days.

By the way, if the house is way ahead on the side they want, do they change the line so they don’t make so much money?

i’ve even heard that books will adjust a line to prevent late week parlay exposure? I guess those people are wrong based on your position.

scram. This thread is for bettors not gamblers.

Interesting, hawg. I was ready to jump on the under 44.5 in the IL/WY game but then it dropped to 43.5 and I backed off. I’m glad I have BTN because I think that could be a good game. Both teams will run well and the defenses should play well (in this game).

I love some unders. I got in hard on Pitt vs WVU at 54. Im also gonna hit Oregon TT when available.

Not sure if this thread is intended to just be about college betting, but FanDuel has one of my favorite promos going right now. Place a $50 bet on a super bowl winner and you’ll get a $5 free bet for every game that team wins during the regular season. Last year I ran it for Buffalo and got $55 back in free bets over the season, then I cashed out the initial bet before the chiefs game (thankfully) for $90 or so. It was a nice turn.

I have a baseball bet tonight-Rangers -1.5 runs and under 10.5 against Buddy and the Rockies tonight.

Did it only because I'm not going-no bandwidth.

I’ll make a modest bet on Florida Atlantic over Charlotte (Aug 27) if the line drops to FAU -7 from the current -7.5

Northwestern +10.5 (very small)
Hawaii/Vanderbilt under 54.5 (they both suck and its supposed to be windy in Honolulu tomorrow)

What's the line?
