Last week’s gem.
This is a great way to start the betting season. Little walkin' 'round money gets me into Week 3 at least.
If your problem is location - I opened my Bovada account while in Colorado and when I use it in NJ, it just notes I'm out of their betting area and has me enter my password. Next time you're in town for Buff game, open an account with your laptop? If I was able to place bets:
Oregon +17
Utah -3
CCU -2
Ohio State -17
Boise +2.5
Arkansas -6.5

Well, it's a bet that 2022 CU is no better than 2021 CU, and that TCU's passing offense will be very good early. Two things that are impossible to know right now. To me it's a risky bet to make with no real 2022 game data in the hopper. Even if a guy has a high bet appetite, there would seem to be a lot smarter risks than this. That’s just an insanely stupid bet. $50k to win $9k? Good luck with that. I hope that dumb **** loses
and this is how we win $$$$$$$Well, it's a bet that 2022 CU is no better than 2021 CU, and that TCU's passing offense will be very good early. Two things that are impossible to know right now. It's also a sign that to a lot of gamblers CU is Kansas, Vandy, etc.
It depends on the sportsbook you're using and whether or not it offers that particular bet. You'd get pretty good odds for that bet, given that CU is a +13.5 dog.I play blackjack, no clue about sports betting. However, I'm marginally interested in this game from a bettors perspective.
With CU a 13.5 dog, if I bet $100 for the Buffs to win and win by more than 7 points, what would that $100 win be?
Great start!Fresno State -38.5
CU +14
UCLA -23.5
Tulsa -4.5
my guess -17.5Any guesses on next weeks opening line? I would think Air Force will be laying 21.
16.42 points/game excluding defensive/ST TDs/XPCan @The Alabaster Yak or @manhattanbuff remind us of the bet you two made regarding CUs offensive scoring? Thanks
You’re welcome.Kind of worried about Utah. They usually start slow and going to the swamp on 9/2 is going to be absolute hell even though Florida isn't anything special. Just a tough place to travel to early in the season with their home field advantage.
Hoping to eek out a split here.I have LSU -3.5 and under 50.5 here. Small.
Not buying Florida State under Norvell.
Looking really good at this point.I'm on under 50.5 for Clemson/GA Tech.
Not really comfortable betting either team at the number I have.
Clemson looking rather meh. Kicking myself for not jumping on GT +24.5 now.Looking really good at this point.
Clemson's QB looks average to me. He'll make a play here and there, but it's few and far between. That and he turns it over a lot.Clemson looking rather meh. Kicking myself for not jumping on GT +24.5 now.
It looks like he sucks ass to me.Clemson's QB looks average to me. He'll make a play here and there, but it's few and far between. That and he turns it over a lot.
