Shedeur Sanders - 2023-25 Tracking History Thread - Drafted by the Cleveland Browns (NFL)

Ok, let’s say he’s a prick, I get he’s not everyone’s cup of tea. Being a prick is not a crime, he’s not a cancer in the locker room, he doesn’t have a rap sheet, no drug issues, shows up on time. Not the strongest arm but it’s strong enough. And you can’t deny his toughness, is there a tougher QB in the draft? Bottom line, he wins everywhere he goes. If I’m a franchise that needs a QB from this draft I would take him. You can nitpick every QB in this draft but this seems personal.
Can he win a huddle? I don’t know.

Steelers, Rams, Browns, Raiders are now options in round 2. Teams drafting questionable upside guys in Rd1 and likely never leveraging the 5th yr option is dumb
Steelers would need to trade up but I think the Saints are an option in Rd 2. But if SS falls past them at 40, he may be waiting until Rd3 to hear his name.

Some team (Cleveland or Vegas?) is getting a dope quarterback. Who can easily win the huddle. And who doesn't get into trouble. Teams are insane to let him go by. Also, the Giants did not need to trade up to get Dart. Oops.

Feels odd for a Buffs fan to be in here celebrating the Sanders bad night.
The kid was a dick his whole time here.

Buff fans like you just ignore it because of your fanaticism.

Try taking off the blinders and see players for who/what they are.

Shedeur is not well like outside of a percent of Buff nation.

It’s ok to acknowledge players on your team might be dicks

Hunter said he never notices that stuff. Seems people are making up their own negatives.
I remember Gill Byrd saying Elway always patted the ball right before throwing it (I think it was Elway’s rookie year). Elway never broke himself of the habit, but he obviously had a cannon so….. I’m not sure it has any impact. It’s not like DB’s are getting even a half second jump in that scenario. Seems like it could help safeties more than corners.

Apparently the Rams had some interest in Dart. Who knows.
