CFL teams only get a certain number of slots for American players. For each game they have 45 active including 3 QBs. Of those at least 21 must be Canadians. Included in this number may be one nationalized American citizen origionally from Canada and a maximum of 19 Americans. They must also have one "global" player.

The draft was 2 rounds with 10 picks per round. Of the players picked 11 were punters or kickers.

Also drafted was Valentin Senn who origionally signed with Colorado before transfering to UConn. He is originally from Austria.

Not NFL but the Montreal Alouettes CFL team has 4 former Buffs on it.

Mustafa Johnson
Jordan Domineck
Danial Arias
Kabian Ento
If you are going to be in the CFL Monteal is a much better city to be in than most in the league.

Outside of Vancouver (BC Lions) the entire West Division is mostly prairie cities that have little appeal. Edmonton is a bit better than the others but still not great. Toronto in the East Division would be a good city to be in but Montreal is a very diverse place and a good experience. The other eastern cities are better than the prairie cities but not great.

Personal impressions from visits to relatives I have in each.

Listening to sports radio in Charlotte and they're raving about Jimmy Horn! They said they expect him to make the team as a return man and to see the field sparingly as a slot guy. Wale called him the next Steve Smith.😄

Maybe the same thing you heard, but I heard something similar Monday morning on WFNZ after rookie mini camp, they were impressed with his speed
