Guy definitely has the size....but there has to be some reason why we are the only team that offered him a scholarship (and I hope that reason isn't because he's related to Koy Detmer)
There is a big difference between not having other offers and not reporting other offers. The services only report what gets reported to them. If this kid was set on a certain school or couple of schools he may simply not have wanted to deal with the services and not given them info.
This is very true....have a cousin that already signed with UTEP a few months back and had offers to other BCS schools to play basketball and doesn't even have a Rivals/Scout page
So really depends on how much you want to live up that kind of stuff
Just found some info that Stevie broke uncle Ty's passing yardage record for San Antonio preps.
Here are Stevie's high school stats:
Stats
Passing
Year PA PC Pct Yds TD Int
2010 (Sr.) 312 189 60.6 3,291 40 10
2009 (Jr.) 318 190 59.8 2,827 28 12
2008 (So.) 302 176 58.3 2,507 24 14
Pretty Good Company
anyone else concerned about his completion percentage?
is he a big mobile PF or Center? how could you not get him to CU.
Unfortunately he is just that (6'10" younger cousin who could easily kick my ass when he as 10 years old) ...really liked Tim Floyd
For this kid, do we really need "TX" in the thread title? Stevie Joe. Where else could he possibly be from? The only thing better would be if his name was Stevie Ray. Regardless, I now gloss Stevie Joe as "Voodoo Child" (and yes, I know that is Jimi Hendrix's song, but SRV's version is better).
Welcome to the Black and Gold, Voodoo Child!
bama, mississippi, georgia, maybe even looosiana
flaaaaaawida, arkysaw, cantucky
why do I suddenly feel like this thread has become a Johnny Cash song?
