Uhhh wouldn't that play a HUGE part in your decision if you were going to school to you know, play football?
A big part yes, but not the only part.

Okay well JRK was making it sound like you shouldn't pay attention to who your position coach is and what his track record is.
:thumbsup:More like the two of you did another one of your bitchfights where you assume the worst about the other and try desperately to make the other look like the bigger idot.

'tini, wake up. Arizona is so far ahead of CSU on any scale you can imagine that it's past ridiculous. Of course, they are still those wannabees from down south... :smile2:
Disclaimer: Growing up in CO and attending CU a couple of years, I ended up in Phoenix and evenutally graduating from ASU.
It sounds like this was mostly about playing close to home. Tucson is the easiest drive in the Pac-12 from San Diego.
I meant that as in Arizona is the little sister school to ASU in football, but I also ****ing hate Arizona so that may be part of it.
after UCLA and USC of course :smile2:

Well, that part is certainly true, and a jealous little sister they are.
Haha. Not according to this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Territorial_Cup

Mine wasn't a football comment, but I suppose that deserved clarification. More of a comment on the "but we're important, too!" kind of whine we constantly hear from down south. Part of me hopes their attempts at secession succeed.
Whatever, I hope CU smacks them both next season, leading to a decommitment by McNamara.

I never said that, my point is just that there are other things to consider in addition to the position coach. You seem to think that he should just automatically committ here because Embree has coached players who have gone to the NFL. Again there are many things that go into a college choice, some of which don't even have anything to do with football.
mother ****er dont even go there
I am thinking McNamara will still take some visits.
meanwhile, the guy at Arizona has only had notable running backs and I guess Gronkowski whom I've never heard of.
"I love him. He's my idol," McNamara said. "I really try to model my game after him. I want to become the next him."

Taylor McNamara (San Diego, Calif./Westview) had a great tournament and was right there with Florida's Sean Pricehttp://insider.espn.go.com/college-football/recruiting/player/_/id/23558/sean-price as the top tight end in the event. His commitment to Arizona is strong but it wouldn't surprise if he decided to take a visit or two in the fall.
