great picture of Fletch signing his commitment. Congrats!

The black shirt with gold tie was a very nice touch.

Fletch is allsome.

Great story. Thanks AIK. Rep delivered and I encourage others to hit you too.

Yeah, it's harder to find high school stats unless the recruit is very well known. Sounds like he's been having a good year though. Has looked good in the couple games I've watched. Wouldn't be shocked if he jumped up the rankings near the beginning of the new year.

Here's a mix of his performance in the tourney this past week: https://i.givit.com/twitter/F1IBGqe4Q270VovBZFNXKQ_A?pt=tweet

Appears Mr. Fletcher made the San Diego Holiday Classic All Tourney Team. Great work!

Sweet dunk here as well http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfBlPzVo2Lo

thank you for this. I was trying to figure out what number he is. He is number four in the videos below and he looks every bit as big as XJ:

Tre and Sefo will give CU all the free press this Friday; the future Buffs will give husky/coug fans something to talk about. Go Buffs!!!

Scout just gave him a 4th star. He's the #91 recruit in the class and #21 overall.

So Goose,

whose rankings do you trust the most?

Rivals, Scout, ESPN, or 247Sports?

there is such a big different between 247 and Scout that I don't really know what to believe.

I generally trust Scout the most of all the services for basketball.

247 is interesting... Either they're going to be VERY right or VERY wrong. They have some pretty crazy differences.

I like ESPN's scouting reports, but unless it's a top 50 or 100 guy, the rankings seem to rarely match them. So take them with a grain of salt.

For west coast, I really like Josh Gershon at Scout. Dude seems to know his stuff. And Rivals I'm a big fan of in general. So I usually go with a combination of both of their rankings first.

EDITED to clarify language.

It's interesting looking at the ratings for this class as a whole. Scout's grade for Fletcher is the only top-100 rating, but looking at the other sites, ESPN rates Thomas the highest, 247 gives both Hopkins and Thomas the edge over Fletcher, and Rivals is highest on Hopkins. There really is no consensus between the sites on these three, though all are fairly well-regarded across the board. Draw what conclusions you will from it, but I like to think that means we have three potential top-100 talents coming next year!
