'17 TX WR K.D. Nixon (Signed to COLORADO)

I have to assume Herman going to put up walls around Texas. With only 7 commits, they are going to be doing a crash course of recruiting to build a solid class. Wish some of these guys were early enrollees. :/

While that may end up happening, if the Crystal Ball was right the majority of the time then the current CU class would be about 90% different than it is.
