Welcome Mr. Walker!! I didn't read this till just a bit ago, big time.
Assuming it hasn't changed (or won't change) due to the virus, looks like April 15th is when bball's regular signing period begins - http://www.nationalletter.org/signingDates/index.html .
(I hadn't heard/ noticed before that (as is noted in the link) all the other sports (including football) had suspended signings until April 15th even though their regular signing periods had begun previously.)
