I stood next to him in the aisle at one point and holy **** man, that kid is tall. He’s got the frame to add a lot of muscle too. Gonzalez is a bit skinny but he’s as tall as Rice, I was surprised by how much larger in person Rice looks as well, kids muscular. Berry is a big kid too, he was loving his time. He was with the same kid all game and I can’t for the life of me figure out who it was.
I would be perfectly happy with Brendan just based on his talent but I am really excited about him because of his leadership.
We tend to attribute the attitude on the field of a team to the coach or coaches and this is partially true. What gets ignored is that it often comes down to the character of the players.

I wish it would have shown him and his mom at the Colorado campus.
His Dad may get most of the accolades, but from that clip, it’s clear his Mom deserves the lion’s share of the praise. A great foundation for that young man.
