2017 Season Hype/Countdown Thread

I didn't know where to put it, but I have been extremely excited watching the camp videos the football team has been tweeting out because CU LOOKS like a P5 football team this year- big, strong, and fast. I kept my mouth shut in the last few years, but I don't think you could say that in the practice videos for 2014, for example.

I 100% agree.

Pac 12 not really represented very well
Meh... 4 teams in the top 25, with both CU and WSU juuuuuuust outside. Given that Virginia Tech (23) plays WVa (20) in week one, that should open up one slot. Tennessee (#24) opens at GA Tech, which is not a guaranteed win by any stretch (S/P+ has it as a virtual toss-up). Also, USF (#24) should win pretty easily at San Jose State in Week 1, but wonkier things have happened to programs that travel 2,500 miles for their first game under a new HC.

But, how do Arizona and UCLA get votes?

I agree.....I know its all video....but they look like they are looking like last year.....I think we all have Hawkembree syndrome....10 years of dog**** ......we just assume the slow to not so slow starts and have certain players fizzle out or don't even show for the season....as I said before from Chiv...."WE ARE NOT GOING BACKWARDS"

For the Taz fans: Phil 2017 P12 Media days interviews

Prob posted elsewhere as well...but go Taz!
First of all, love the nickname. What I saw in the clips is he's physical, has good feet, good vision. My God, if he was about 220 or so, good luck with that. Either way, he's a pretty special back and young man.

How many of those guys are a Cabral recruit
He had an amazing run. Would love to find a way to bring him back as a Defensive Analyst or something in the AD to finish his career. What's he been doing since Indiana State changed coaches last year?

He is back in Boulder and has plans outside of Football. That's not to say he might not spend a few hours here and there in a roll similar to what you're talking about
