2022 NCAA Tournament Thread

The COVID year of extra eligibility is a very big story already. It’s a major plus for the big fish from small ponds to have the kind of depth that’s typically reserved for the biggest teams.

St Peter's looks legit. I must admit, I've never heard of them until now.
Heard of them but haven't watched them. What I do know is, if you dick around with a team long enough, they are going to think they belong on the court with you. They'll play better than what they are. Credit to them, they balled out. After Kentucky went up by 8, they didn't finish them off. Even Calipari said the same damn thing. When they didn't, it was on.

Compare that with Tennessee-Longwood this morning. Tennessee got up 10 early first half and hammered the gas. They won by 32.

Yeah, thanks for the betting advice prick. For real, I forgot what team it was, but damn, they had about 10 to 15 on their bench. I know, walk ons, hurt guys, whatever. Your post is pretty spot on though.

I don’t know enough to bet this sport. I was just observing the number of upsets and the atypical upperclass filled depth from teams in the 8-15 range.

Drunken snow thrower operation is a great idea, lets see how far the impeller cant throw your fingers. ;)

I have a lot of dangerous tools. variety of power saws, routers, grinders and sanders, etc. I'm fine with my 14 yo son using any of them under supervision. I am not yet ready for him to run my snow thrower. I've seen what it has done to some things I didn't know it was going to hit, the most spectacular was a phone book that some idiots delivered to my driveway just as a snowstorm was coming in. It jammed but there wasn't much left of the book to take out of there.
There is buzzed snow throwing and drunken snow throwing. I know my limits.

But, yeah, good point. Power tools with augers don't mix well with alcohol.

Things getting chippy in the Vermont-Arkansas game. Really dirty play from the Arky guy.

UCLA sleepwalks through the first half and they're now in a game with Akron.

Side note in that one: Amy Bonner (who is a DAMN good referee) became the 2nd woman I think to work the mens NCAA tournament tonight.
