3 or 4.I also don't think Cormani is CB2 for first snap against TCU
The roster has positions listed as DL (Interior), OLB and DE. OLB and DE are wrapped into EDGE most of the time these days and Chance Main is listed as DE.I thought Chance Main bulked up and moved inside?
Main is strong as **** but he doesn't seem to ever fill his frame. I don't believe he is big enough to move inside.I thought Chance Main bulked up and moved inside?
He’s supposedly 285. He’s an IDL in obvious passing situations, but definitely more of an EDGEMain is strong as **** but he doesn't seem to ever fill his frame. I don't believe he is big enough to move inside.
As I understand it, "F" means "Flex". So it could be a TE type doing anything from offset fullback / H-back or slot stuff or it could mean an additional WR who migh be on the outside with double move routes type stuff. Probably has a more specific definition in Lewis's offense, tho. What’s a “F receiver”. First time I’ve ever heard that.
Here is their Defensive depth chart. I think they are wrong about Cormani. I believe Cooper will start.
I'm also not sure about Alston either. I know Nick Williams was complimentary the other day and I'm pretty sure that's what their basing this on. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being Smalls.
He can do both. I think the 260 he's listed at on the roster is about 15 lbs offI thought Chance Main bulked up and moved inside?
That wouldn't surprise me.I think 25-28 players could get D snaps vs TCU.
I know the usage of the TE in this offense has been a question mark, if not an outright point of contention among most on this board, but it's deeply concerning to me that we're getting the "He's an underrated gem who's in the best shape of his life" article on Harrison right now. He's a walkon WR who couldn't see the field on last year's 1-11 team, and now he's going to be TE1. Someone give me a reason to be optimistic.TE Pasarello out extended time per Brew today. Fauria close to returning
Find that graphic of TE usage in Lewis offense over the last 3 years. You don't have to be optimistic about the TE position to be optimistic about our offense.I know the usage of the TE in this offense has been a question mark, if not an outright point of contention among most on this board, but it's deeply concerning to me that we're getting the "He's an underrated gem who's in the best shape of his life" article on Harrison right now. Still buying all the Alston stock I can. Definitely understand the question marks around the front 7 but it sounds like it’s been really competitive for the starting and two deep spots. I don’t think you can go wrong guessing any of the impact players in there.
Also early returns on the prep recruits from ‘23 are really encouraging. Several true freshman doing all they can to make it hard to keep them off the field.

Not many players stood out on that team last year, Woods was one that did. Mainly because he looks to belong on this level. Hate to say it, but a lot of our guys didn't.A couple weeks ago, I would have asked if Woods was fast enough to be the free safety on this team. After seeing he ran a 4.4 I’m not concerned about it. Such a big Trevor Woods fan with him staying and putting in the work to potentially start on a completely revamped and upgraded team
Woods has always been the real deal, he has always looked like a top P5 player, it does not surprise meWho would have thought that after all the Safeties we brought in that Woods would still start?
That is a receiver that attends classes at kNebraska. What’s a “F receiver”. First time I’ve ever heard that.

Probably right.I thought Stoutmire was penciled in as our other starting CB
CP said it was so close between them that it probably depended on who got off the bus first. Have to think we’ll see plenty of both. Same with the EDGE and Safety positions.I thought Stoutmire was penciled in as our other starting CB
We need a 2 deep with the updated numbers. I'm going to be so confused the first few games.DT - Cokes

I really want to know the 21 starters names and numbers. At least I am aware that we only need to learn 21 names. We need a 2 deep with the updated numbers. I'm going to be so confused the first few games.
