I haven't kept up with the changes in the rules for CFB, but I am pretty sure one hurdle to clear to play FBS is not to be located in an armpit town like Sacramento.

Did you even think about this statement before posting it?
Please do a road trip to many Big 12 and other current FBS cities to educate yourself.

I’d argue his opinion about sweaty sac is accurate. It is a stinky awful sweaty bag of a town. That said you are also right about some of the cesspool places other colleges are located in. On a suck scale Norman, Lincoln, Fayetteville, manhattan and a myriad of others are competing hard to be at the top of the list of worst places to live or visit.
That said the playoffs will go to those craptastic places anyway.
