2025 Colorado Football Schedule & Future Schedules

The Big12 cannot afford to play bad Non-Con games, times have changed
Get the 2 Guaranteed CFP spots figured out in the new CFP agreement, and then have the freedom to play really good non-com games to increase the TV deal and provide for more visibility

I’m moving from Denver to Boston in May and I am just now realizing that WVU is going to be the closest opportunity for me to go to a game. Count me in for the Morgantown visit
I lived in Boston for a year, Cambridge/Somerville really before Somerville got super "boogie" as the kids say. I prefer it out west but a fun city, good food. Great pizza. Good luck with that.

WVU could be an interesting team next year, with Rich Rod back and they poached the OU DC.

Seems like a lot of eastern Buffs are making that trip to Morgantown.

Today, I reserved lodging for the 9/6 game against Delaware at the historic Chautauqua. Got me one of those cool old small cabins. I figured that as long as I have to fly in for a game, the 9/6 one is the confluence of the best chances for good weather + a win. I got the last one for that weekend. WARNING: Not surprisingly, since the schedule was recently released hotels all over town have jacked up their usual prices during the 7 weekends of home games. Book soon if you plan to stay locally for a 2025 home game.

Interesting that we have a non conference game after our first conference game. Can't remember another year in recent memory where that's been the case
The Houston game was scheduled years ago, well prior to Colorado's Big 12 membership. They kept the game on same date and made it a conference game, which let the Buffs schedule a third non-conference game and a total of 7 home games.

I assumed it was to balance out the home-away but this makes sense

What they did is kept the long-ago agreed date for the Colorado vs. Houston non-conference matchup at Houston during week 3. Due to Colorado later joining the Big 12, the Big 12 designated that game as a conference one and adjusted the conference schedule so that Colorado could schedule a non-conference game for the next week 4, which the Buffs did with Wyoming @ Folsom. That would be a good game to attend, although I'm already set up for the Delaware game on 9/6.
