2025 Spring Football

Agreed but I think he has the potential to be too good to move away from WR
This statement being true really hit home for me how football has evolved and changed. I don't think I have completely wrapped my head around a great WR being more important for winning football games than a great RB.

This is the Joker position debate and somewhat of the Travis Hunter debate. You need playmakers and too many top college and NFL guys have no imagination how to use guys. Kam is really freaking good and Shurmur is so vanilla he might just not have the creativity to use Kam and Dre like Deebo. I would have loved to see Travis at RB just for diversion or throwing a pass or whatever

He used Dre’lon like Deebo a bit last year and I think it will be a lot more prevalent in this offense we will see going forward.

Easy Tiger. I realize there aren't that many Pritchards out there, it was just the first thing that leaped to mind. I was lucky enough to attend that game out in Anaheim, Pritch put on a show....

boy what a game vs the vols...
We had dinner with one of the guys I went to graduate school with and his wife this weekend. He and I and several others road tripped to that game and it was amazing. We hit Vegas on the way out, lost one guys soul that night, and stayed out on the Pepperdine campus. We went through that whole game and season this weekend. Still probably the best roadie I have ever been on.

Mike Pritchard would like a word....

I think we may have the best defense in the conference this year. The offense is looking bottom 5 if we don't make huge improvements from the spring. Especially the WRs and QB play. Salter has to be 2023 Salter and some. Still worried about the backs and TEs. Less concerned about the OL.
Agreed. Top 3 for sure. The offense will likely be middle of the pack. Salter will be the QB to start the season. Whether he still is by conference play is 50/50 in my book.

Wish they would've had OT back then. Pretty sure it was a tie yeah?
We may have lost in OT. We had the game in complete control and UT had a monster 4th quarter.

I still have a bitter taste in my mouth.

I came across this graphic that I found interesting. There's a few holes in it because Cincinnati, UCF and SMU all won a G5 conference title. It's also wild to me that North Carolina hasn't won the ACC since 1980.

Where the F does that Ole Miss “Blue Blood” hype train keep coming from?

Edit: another crazy thing is TCU playing in the natty (with only 4 playoff teams) without winning their conference.
