Those expert averages need to be adjusted, because it's very rare for a player to thank a school and "peace out" on them then suddenly go back again. Maybe OU moves up, but I'd put the percentage for CU around 65% at this point.
It's just old Crystal Ball predictions that haven't been changed by the writer who submitted it. Anything that says KSU on it is very old, and now anything that says ND is irrelevant. It's CU 100% CB

I love how Brewster has just hit the recruiting trail so hard since he’s been here…. In less than a week, he’s done so much. Really glad he’s here. Has he been officially offered a spot? It’s hard to keep track. I hope he’s staying on permanently.
He would be great at CSU Pueblo
I think he could have success at a place like CSU. He's small but the kid is really quick
