Going to get spanked by English and Nate. They’ve been building a squad over there.

Curious if Nate's connected to anyone in the portal or overseas. Good to hear Tad still say that the buffs are planning on adding.

But why a post player? I thought Tad was aligned with the "5 who can play all 5" philosophy?
I think Post Malone gummies up the philosophy. We need him (at least this next season where we don't have a lot of firepower), so maybe Tad has decided to scrap the 5 out offense (?) since it doesn't fit Malone. It also makes me wonder if they think Tacko Fawaz is behind where they thought he'd be and so they need more center depth?

(Sorry if this was already noted somewhere.) Among many other things noted in it, a Pat Rooney / Daily Camera article from yesterday (https://www.dailycamera.com/2025/06...-cu-buffs-mens-basketball-without-bangot-dak/) notes Bengot Dak is out injured this summer for things like the team's Australia tour (and the practices preceding it), but should be ready to go when pre-season practices begin in ~3 months.

He needs reps and the team needs to develop chemistry. Unfortunate

He injured his "Desire to play at this school" ligament.
