Did I see on X that Nate Tomlinson is returning to CU?
I need to get me some new hair so I can walk around the keg unimpededThat strikes me as coach in waiting potential?
That joke is approximately 14 years old. Happy Wednesday!I need to get me some new hair so I can walk around the keg unimpeded
Only thing I'll say to that is for every Kenan Guzonjic there's been the Bangot Dak or J'Vonne Hadley. In Tad we trust!I've heard he's adding another post, probably a lower level transfer guy. The names I've heard haven't really inspired me FWIW.
But why a post player? I thought Tad was aligned with the "5 who can play all 5" philosophy?I've heard he's adding another post, probably a lower level transfer guy. The names I've heard haven't really inspired me FWIW.
Or a John Mani.Only thing I'll say to that is for every Kenan Guzonjic there's been the Bangot Dak or J'Vonne Hadley. In Tad we trust!
I think Post Malone gummies up the philosophy. We need him (at least this next season where we don't have a lot of firepower), so maybe Tad has decided to scrap the 5 out offense (?) since it doesn't fit Malone. It also makes me wonder if they think Tacko Fawaz is behind where they thought he'd be and so they need more center depth? But why a post player? He needs reps and the team needs to develop chemistry. Unfortunate(Sorry if this was already noted somewhere.) Among many other things noted in it, a Pat Rooney / Daily Camera article from yesterday (https://www.dailycamera.com/2025/06...-cu-buffs-mens-basketball-without-bangot-dak/) notes Bengot Dak is out injured this summer for things like the team's Australia tour (and the practices preceding it), but should be ready to go when pre-season practices begin in ~3 months.
