Signed to CU '25 GA QB Julian Lewis

A little unusual. I hope it gets on video.

"He will be thrust right into the fire when he arrives. Head coach Deion Sanders told Romi Bean of CBS Colorado that the plan is to have Lewis operate as the scout-team quarterback ahead of Colorado's Alamo Bowl game. It's a move that Deion Sanders thinks will help Lewis get better and also give him a chance to learn from Shedeur Sanders.

"Tremendous," Sanders said. "Not only that, we gonna put his butt on the scout team and let him run against the ones. So we gon see if you flinch. We gon see what you got."

I think the rule used to be, you couldn't suit up unless you were enrolled in classes. Have you ever seen this before? Nope.

add:
"Do you have to be enrolled in classes to play college sports?

Beginning with your first season of participation in intercollegiate athletics, your cumulative GPA must be 2.0 or above. You are enrolled in and actively attending a minimum of 12 units of which 9 are units toward the associate degree, remediation, transfer and/or certification during your season of participation."

With the invention of the internet (Thank you btw, Al Gore) many things have changed.
