A really sh*tty preview of the TCU game (now with more dick pics)

i've seen Duggan a few times.....he can be streaky, but also kinda bad. tough runner and good football player attitude. lot to like about the kid. but, as a QB....kinda iffy.

however, Dykes made his SMU to TCU promotion with QB's t fer/portal from Texas and Oklahoma (BUechele and Mordecai)......so, i bet Chandler Morriss (from OU) is his long term guy.

the self-destruct button on TCU is will Paterson's old D guys realize Dykes is an air raid pillow cushion and tough D gone with the new year.

as i recall, and also read somewhere, Dykes at Cal had the worst D in the conference every year and 100's nationally in yards per, score per everything.

i kinda like Buffs to show up and be competitive and maybe win......but, no way to know?

They were not running pure air raid at all. It’s a change
What's pure air raid?

Dykes comes from the same offenses as both Doug Meacham and Cumbrie (the last 2 OC's at TCU). They all are Mike Leach disciples and I'm sure they all do things a bit different. In fact, they are all evolving continuously, but they are all based on the same concepts.

They are not coming from the triple-option or something!

CU's offense is going thru a much larger change, which is my point.

No. As nik pointed out, the offense at TCU was very much predicated on running. A spread offense to be sure, but nothing remotely resembling Mike Leach and his TTU/WSU teams. Their head coach was still defensive minded Gary Patterson who didn’t allow them to throw it around like that. It’s a massive change for TCU
