Thanks for the thoughtful responses. I think some of you guys should get law degrees, move to Waco, and become the District Attorney for McLennan County, TX. Then some criminal charges could be filed if supported by evidence. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if some untoward crap went on down there, but anyone can file a civil suit. (Frank Azar says "Call Me NOW"...)
On another note, I'm doing some things in a big midwestern city this weekend and went down to the hotel lobby to get coffee this morning wearing gym shorts and my long sleeve CU Bufffaloes T shirt. Got some good looks and a few thumbs up. While I'd like to attribute this to my dashing good looks I'm pretty sure it was all about "CU Cred". We are well respected.

Why isn't anyone charged in criminal court? As someone who remembers when CU got thrown under the bus, I approach this stuff in a measured way. And now I understand by reading these replies that a lot of this Allbuffs/Baylor stuff is motivated by a) anti-religion fervor, b) political fervor (Ken Starr), and anti-TX fervor. Carry on, but you guys are making yourselves look like obsessed dopes, and I know most of you are not dopes.

"Tevin Elliot was found guilty of two sexual assault counts and sentenced to 20 years of prison and fined $10,000 for each of the two assaults committed. Elliot is currently serving his sentence. Ukwuachu was found guilty of sexual assault by a Texas court on August 21, 2015. He was sentenced to 180 days in county jail, 10 years of felony probation and 400 hours of community service. To answer your question-Yes, people have not only been charged, but convicted as a result of this, which makes it WAY different than the faux scandal that happened here 15 years ago, as the above excerpts from the wikipedia page on the scandal show, @PAHIBuff . Altogether now-"**** Bailer!"
Thanks ahoelsken, (if true) I appreciate your input that someone was convicted of a criminal offense. But again, I'm lost as to what the misfortune of another unrelated college football program does to bolster the standing on CU's program and a bunch of its irrational angry internet fans. BTW, none of you CU warriors obsess much about Julmisse, who recently and unfairly run off of the CU program. I think that the best choice for an African American football players would be to stay away from CU AND Baylor. Too much drama.
Oh, and just to look back a ways: Duke Lacrosse, CU/Barnett Era, Univ of Virginia Rape/Rolling Stone non-scandal events. Ahtletes/coaches/admins were unjustly accused. Apparently I'm only guy around here that reads sports news stories. They are readily available; give them a try even if they go against your preconceived notions.

Define "unfairly" in the case of Julmisse. You have posted so much preconceived horse**** on everything surrounding him that you just accepted he got railroaded before anything actually worked its way through the legal system.
Uh, he's completely gone and in Florida now. Hope he catches on somewhere. I'm always on the side of the student-athlete.
He made some mistakes (and one of the incidents was objectively really stupid on his part). He got some probation (well after you had already decided he would not get fair treatment from the Boulder DA). One respected poster just posted today he had a path back from MM and chose not to take it.
Again, explain the "unfair" aspects of his case in detail without generic fluff.

It’s not hard to figure out why we hate bailer around here. So if it’s not hard to figure out why we hate them, why is it so hard to accept that we will take any opportunity to point out what a hypocritical, sleazy, criminal enterprise they have there in Waco?

Bailer though continues to show such an astounding level of hypocrisy while claiming to be an institution guided by faith and seeking new depths of morality in the name of winning games.
