PAHI-like Logic - Everyone else does it.
But the thing is, Barry Alvarez didn’t cover up murder and didn’t run a program with allegations of over 50 counts of rape over a 4-year period.
You understand the meaning of the word "allegation", right?

They are not just Baylor Athletic issues. They are college athletics issues. College athletics is an American cultural treasure that is stained by domestic violence, and sexual assault. Title IX is a federal law that goes beyond the BU athletic department.
It’s not that tough of a concept to want to enjoy college athletics without the stain of sexual abuse and subsequent coverups going on.
Speaking of 2 more Baylor Baylor athletes, have you ever heard of Patrick Dennehy and Carlton Dotson? Because covering up murder with fake drug allegations is another stain on College athletics. Rape and murder. Rape AND murder.

Ding ding ding!! Winner! This thread is starting to reinforce my old theory that about half the posters here actually went to college and that half of the remaining half actually attended and graduated from CU. I do understand that most of the folks here attended crappy dumbed down public high schools, so I don't hold your inabilities to think critically against you.

Explain in detail what CU did wrong in regards to Julmisse. Bonus points if you can explain in detail how the Boulder DA did him wrong as well.
I would agree with you if it were not for the second incident. What CU did wrong was suspending him
in the first place. Didn't have to happen and in many programs it wouldn't have. BTW, my suggestion that he leave CU, and my opinion that he would, turned out to be accurate. CU is so burned by its fake scandal that it chooses to not know the difference between minor and major stuff.

I understand animal cruelty does nor correspond at all with being a serial murderer.
So you were what ... home-schooled? That would sure explain a lot.

In the sum of your posts in this thread you appear to be talking out of your Djibouti.

My guess is that he was pretty shell shocked after the first incident and got jumpy. AJ's story is unfortunately a good argument for these kids going to college close to home where they have a friendly administration and a support group of longer term friends.
I was born in a Sudanese women's prison to a woman wrongly accused of espionage. Local
Warlords stormed the prison when I was 6 and a few of us escaped into the desert and made our way to Djibouti where I jumped a cargo ship to France. Spent 9 years toiling in a few vineyards and selling drugs, finally getting taken under the wing of a friendly nun. Her group got me to the U.S. where I spent one yeah in a Catholic school learning English and planning my escape to the Mtn Time Zone. My favorite book was the Rand McNally Road Atlas.
Long story short, I made my way to Boulder and got on at CU as an assistant janitor. Hung around in the hallways outside of a few business classes and learned enough to make my way in the American economy. I learned how to kill people in the Sudanese jail and I learned how to make a fine Burgandy in France, but as to real book-learning I just have that one year with Sister Mary Micheal. And a lot of that was just gardening, English, Latin, and the writings of Thomas Merton.
Hmm. That’s an interesting thought. Wrong. But interesting. Well, maybe not “wrong” since you said “an argument can be made.” It could be, but it would be a weak one.My guess is that he was pretty shell shocked after the first incident and got jumpy. Lol this guy, holy ****. You collectively said everyone here is stupid and you’re better than everyone.
Why are you here again? You should take your tiny penis and go look up superiority complex, that’s you in a nutshell.

HE STOLE SOMEONE'S $700 PHONE, DROVE OFF AND THREW IT OUT THE WINDOW.CU (even now) has a random pyramidal structure of no one having anyone else's back. The admins didn't have MM's nor George's back on the on the Tumpkin thing, and MM/AD didn't have Julmisse's back on his pushing of his stalky "girlfriend". When you work for (or play for) CU you're totally on your own.
