This has to come from the Federal level. Initiated by the Department of Education and quickly moving to the Department of Justice. The investigation should quickly move into felonies committed against women covered up by the school. Civil rights violations.

Once the Feds have done their investigation and taken their action the evidence developed would then be very hard to ignore for the Texas legal system.

Will it happen? I'm hoping but I'm not betting my kids next meal on it.

Owens would have gone after it purely for an excuse to slash funding (which he did).

And he was a Longhorn. His alma matter got knocked out of national title contention by the Buffs in 2001 Big 12 CCG. #don'tmesswithtexass

They really are classing up the joint with this new staff.
 
It is a sad commentary on society that no one is going to be able to come to their senses and get anything that resembles justice for these women other than through civil court. That university is in a state of decay and I think nothing short of a death penalty for the football program will shock things back to a socially acceptable level. Much has been made of the situation involving one of our former assistant coaches, but there is very little in comparison between the two situations. What is going on at ****bailer is so much worse. It is just rotten to the core, right down to the wealthy boosters who make the machine go.
 
OTL - Bowlsby and NCAA talk about the "ooze" coming from Baylor and the unknown depth of the barrel.

B12 not set up to investigate. NCAA looking for things like academic fraud and special benefits. Wide nets cast.
