Bowl Games (other than ours) and associated silliness 2024 Plus the Playoffs

I can't argue with them doing it but it is going to create a massive cluster for the fans who have travelled for the game.

Thousands of people who were planning to leave town tonight are going to need an additional night in the hotel, thousands who have airline tickets to leave tonight or tomorrow morning are all going to be looking to delay their flights, this from an airport that isn't one of the biggest in terms of available flights and with flights already full from holiday travel.

Wonder how many people are just going to end up trying to rent a car for after the game, go to Houston, and fly out of IAH.
We spent this last week in Colorado and drove back to Austin starting Monday. There was a point that we discussed driving to New Orleans instead of coming home or flying there to go to the game as my BIL is a Notre Dame fan and my wife the UGA alum. I am so glad we decided not to do that.

ASU represented the conference well. My irrational hope is that it’s noticed and maybe next year the conference gets in more than one team.

We didn't really deserve more than one, did we?

If BYU, ISU, and we didn't all lose to KU, maybe, but the line was pretty clear at 2 or fewer losses.

I don’t understand the ASU hate? Dillingham is a good dude, offensive wizard, and Skattebo is crazy but I don’t think he’s a hatable guy. In the big 12 I hate Arizona, Utah, UCF, Baylor, wayyyyy more. Oh and now BYU. The rest are pretty much on equal footing.

UCF?

I was hoping ASU was going to win. I already don’t care about the outcome. I choose happiness when possible

Oh I hate ASU plenty, even though I like Dilly. I just want the SEC to get ****ed and the Big 12 to get built up. Plus, **** Texas.
