You know they'll be lighting up message boards, Twitter & sports talk radio with concern that Saban has lost it.
Only team in college football that can but with a QB who could be effective deep Bama probably wins this game.
They have had receivers open and missed them. Because they lacked that threat Georgia could focus on stopping the running game, and did so effectively.
Georgia earned this win and title but Bama wasn't far from changing the game. Better QB play is that difference.
Dawgs were better tonight and Stetson was the better QB by far. Complete opposite of the SeC championship. Great win

Georgia DL controlled the game. That's the huge difference from the first game

All good. We’ve had incredible results in European Football this year, so it’s fine. Crazy game. Breaks didn’t fall our way - Williams injury, Latu dropped TD, blocked FG… too many cracks in the armor to overcome a really good and motivated team like UGA.
Certainly a big part of it. On the other side of the ball first game Bama defense swamped the Georgia offensive line and controlled the game. This game the Georgia offense started slow with the first half FG fest but the Georgia OL kept at it and they were effective running the ball in the second half and gave Bennett time to make plays
Crazy thing is that Young had a lot more yardage than Bennett but Bennett's were much more consequential.
White and Cook running the ball controlled the game in the second half and opened things for Bennetts passes to make a bigger difference.
