It's all quite simple. Prime, of course, is a busy man. He doesn't have time to go finding all these recruits. So he's throwing out the twitter dragnet. This is just about strengthening his twitter fishing game. Dude out recruits Karl on his ****in couch. Not that Karl recruited as far as I could tell.



What's silly is that while I am joking, he's kinda doing this.

It's like in the corporate world where others spend tons of resources recruiting at job fairs, hiring search firms and doing all the traditional stuff.
