College Football News, Rumor & Humor

Sanchez charges upgraded to felony battery, carrying a one to five year sentence.

Normally I’d wait to get both sides of this story, but when police say that have surveillance video from two different hotels that “closely aligns” with the truck driver’s account of the incident, it doesn’t look good for Mark Sanchez.

I imagine he will try to plead this down and enter a rehab facility. And write a large check to the truck driver’s account so he can retire comfortably.

I hope the truck driver hires an aggressive lawyer.

If I'm that driver, my attorney is going to start the conversation with a simple question: "How much is it worth to your client to not go to prison?"

Who would have ever thought this would happen? LOLOLOL

Look at it this way. If she hadn't connected with Bill you could probably get a lap dance from her for 20 bucks.

I hope Mark Sanchez seeks help. I’d bet he has an addiction problem. Just a guess.

Both can be and are likely true.

And Sanchez having an addiction doesn't fix things for the 69 year old guy he beat up. Addictions are tough but but that doesn't excuse somebody hurting other people.

If somebody is a jerk at heart abusing substances may remove inhibitions and allow those negative tendencies to come out.

The truck driver was hurt pretty badly and deserves whatever damages he can get.

Hope the truck driver is ok. That said, how the **** you gonna get beat up by drunk butt fumble?

And while small by football standards Sachez is a former pro athlete who keeps himself in pretty good shape (when he isn't wandering around drunk.)

Yeah, a 6’2” 232 pound thirty-nine year old would be the odds on favorite against any dude three months shy of his 70th birthday.

I’m sure Sanchez’ attorneys are busy working a plea with some type of diversion program for alcohol abuse. Fox Sports hasn’t fired him yet because the corporation is jointly named in the lawsuit by the grease truck driver.

Yeah. If I'm his attorney I'm naming any individual or company with deep pockets that I can connect in any way to enabling Sanchez being a known danger to the public.
