The NCAA has lost so massively in Federal Court over recent years, seems like there’s a cheat code installed inside the Federal Pacer system: simply filling a Responsive Pleading to any NCAA Complaint automatically spits out a Rule 56 Summary Judgment against the NCAA—and then notifies the press, just to rub it in.
