I'm sorry you posted a stupid thing but don't take it out on me.

Thank you. Bought section 111 a few hours ago so I’ll take it!
Hey guys,

Thanks for some insight here! I'm planning to surprise my second-grade son and drive down from North Dakota for the game. If you know of any tickets in the CU alotment send me a message as I would be very interested. It would be much more enjoyable for both of us knowing we can be around some black and gold. Thanks!

I am concerned about ku at arrowhead. it is not beyond the realm of possibility that CU could be walking into a trap game.

the thing is, the Buffs appear to be super resilient and are becoming more and more effective across all 3 groups as the season goes along.

and we don't play them at a weird time.

any b12 team can ****e the bed against any other on any given day. but, I think one has to like our position and chances.

win out.

Why do you and others seem more concerned because it's at Arrowhead?

If it was the other way and our Buffs were 4-6, I'd feel like we'd bring a lot more fan energy with the game at Folsom versus Mile High.

Trap game? We just curb stomped a team we were supposed to curb stomp, and in two weeks we're playing a team that hasn't won a conference game.

Trap game implies that would be down after a big, emotional win and/or facing a big challenge the week after said game. This is the big challenge game.

I'm very curious what the actual crowd will be like. Obviously Arrowhead can be raucous for Chiefs games. I saw a ton of empty seats at the KU-ISU game though.

The two places where we faced loud, difficult crowds, NU and TTU, we started slow. The road games where it wasn't as loud, we started much faster.

UCF was probably as raucous as tech.

KU is probably the best team we play this year.

My conflicted brother (he went to the game yesterday but gave backhanded compliments) thinks it's better for CU that it's at Arrowhead. KU students won't travel (but I think they will for this game) and it's easier access for CU fans. I think he underestimates some aspects about KC, and I think it will be a KU/anti-Prime environment.

I don't agree with the other comments that if we lose to KU, then we suck. KU is a very good team.

Tifwiw and I know Massey Ratings were laughed at earlier in the year but they have Kansas winning 57% of the time

KU fans haven't been buying tickets at Arrowhead this year either according to a friend's wife who works for the Chiefs.

Driving out on Friday so we'll see but that's the word.

It was pretty loud at UCF. The fans were jacked and they had big noon kickoff there. They got quiet pretty quick, though.

Are they playing at arrowhead for this game only or are they renovating the stadium in Lawrence and playing there all year?

I love that it’s at Arrowhead. Lots of Prime CU fans will be taking the trip. Hopefully KU has a big crooting weekend scheduled!

I'm not sure how Massey does HFA accounting for the fact that the game is in Arrowhead (which, to @Buffnik 's point, is TWICE as far from KU as Empower Field is from CU), but here's what it says:

Massey would have it almost exactly the inverse if the game was in Boulder (CU winning 57% of the time), and almost exactly 50-50 if the game was at a neutral site. I don't get it, though- that implies the teams are roughly the same, but Massey has Colorado 21st and Kansas 53rd overall.
