This tweet lists Moeller as a Brown, but I can't find it mentioned anywhere else.
My roommate actually ran into Ryan on a flight back from Cleveland last week. He talked to Ryan and Ryan said that the Browns invited him to a workout but he didn't say if that translates into camp invite or not.
