CU players in the NFL

My old boss knew a guy that played against him in high school.

He didn't remember it.

As in, he remembered that he was going to play against him. And he remembers the day after the game. He also remembers everyone telling him how he got knocked out during the game.
Sounds like a couple of hours on AllBuffs.

The NFL Buffs are really hammering home the extent that Prime's blueprint was to get excitement and early success by building from the outside in. Looking at the Year 3 roster, that looks like it's going to start being more balanced (without a dip in the edge/outside talent).

Landman just punched out a FF to clinch the W for the Rams…and then RedZone called him a rookie.
Nate Landman just won the game for the Rams. They’re calling him “Land Man” and a rookie.

Edit:

Landman had 17 starts with the Falcons during the term of his UDFA contract with them. Rams signed him as a FA at a bargain-basement one year contract at $1.1 million, for an NFL linebacker who just started on opening day. Dude is still young and is playing this season for a long term lucrative contract somewhere, and he will get it if he plays as he does and doesn't get injured.

So awesome
For a guy who due to injuries wasn't even supposed to finish his college career he's making it happen.

UDFA, then on the market as a regular FA, ends up with the Rams then ends up playing. Coaches see this kind of stuff and remember this kind of stuff. Guys who make plays that win games get to stay in the league while some other guys who may have more talent don't.
