Crazy to think that HCMM is easily our best coach of the last 15 years.
Nobody gives a **** about the demeanor of the HC if he wins. The lack of emotion that KD constantly shows is what we are getting on the field. Attitude reflects leadership. This is where macintyre excelled. He limped people up for games and was excited on the sidelines.
KD looks like he’s on dope 100% of the time. His players look worse. No explosivity I’m the lines, no hustle, no heart.
Agreed...I might buy some tickets to watch Owen...If KD cared about keeping his job, he would advance the narrative that neither JT nor BLewis are the answer, and he would turn the thing over to McCown for the rest of the season, no matter what happens; and he should announce him the starter early in the week. It's the only shot he has at keeping his job AND McCown on the roster next year. It's the only possible story that could be sold for the rest of the season.
We all know he won't do this, but just a thought.
Recruiting is exactly my value add since my highest FBS paid coordinators would be making all of the coaching decisionsI am also 95% sure recruiting would benefit from having someone, anyone with a measurable pulse as HC
At this point, I think that option is becoming unlikely. It’s one thing to lose games. It’s another to be completely uncompetitive. National media is now making fun of the program. The longer that goes on, the less likely that KD is here beyond this year.
I'm sure these are up here-but Kelli talking like this can only help expedite the end of the Eeyore era.
We could have the re-incarnation of Kordell or Tim Tebow and it wouldn't save KDs job. It may delay it a little but the rot in this team is far too deep for any QB much less a freshman to overcome. Losing 49-21 isn't any better for us than losing 49-7.If KD cared about keeping his job, he would advance the narrative that neither JT nor BLewis are the answer, and he would turn the thing over to McCown for the rest of the season, no matter what happens; and he should announce him the starter early in the week. Up until last week I would have agreed with this. What we have seen the last two games says that the rot goes to deep and is destroying the foundations of the program. Keeping KD around isn't going to give us a chance to win, it isn't going to provide continuity, it isn't going to help with recruiting or player development. The right day to fire him is October 2nd after Arizona with a bye the next week
Dear god I'm sure Pedo Henderson thought he was hilarious typing that one up.I’ve tweeted all these I’ve seen to Saliman. Including the Prague tweet. Im sure I will be blocked shortly.
He loves the Buffs and would be a great interim HC. He’d add some immediate credibility. He gave us the 62-36 win over NU- he will forever be a hero in my book.Interim HC Gary Barnett
Why the hell not?

I wouldn't wish this dumpster fire on HCGB. An offer would be an insult to a man who had us contending when he was run out.He loves the Buffs and would be a great interim HC. He’d add some immediate credibility. He gave us the 62-36 win over NU- he will forever be a hero in my book.
I've coached HS football in this state for almost 15 years. Trust me when I tell you NO PLAYER in this state wants to play for him. The only recruits we get are those with no other legit options. HS coaches don't like him either (Personal very bad experience included)I am also 95% sure recruiting would benefit from having someone, anyone with a measurable pulse as HC
Guys. The AD is broke. Just lay down, relax, and accept it
Most HS coaches care a lot about their kids and want the best for them. They want a college coach who is going to care about the kid and give him the best chance to have a positive experience.I've coached HS football in this state for almost 15 years. The AD needs to shutter or be invested in. TomorrowGuys. The AD is broke. Just lay down, relax, and accept it
The dude doesn't even do school visits. Hard to get on HS HCs good side when you don't give a sh!t about them. Most HS coaches care a lot about their kids and want the best for them. I don't see KD inspiring any of those things in the mind of kids or their coaches.
I want him fired as much as the next guy... But enrollment numbers are down and the AD is on a death spiral of buyouts. Nothing will happen this season
Don't yell at me!! I don't disagreeGoing 0-12 is not going to help those enrollment numbers.

Maybe, but if guess my impression of the AD is that they are ridiculously brokeI am just saying we are in "beyond embarrassing" territory. The choice will be pretty easy in the end.
