The RV (Receiving Votes) lacrosse team (6-2, 1-2 in the Pac 12) are scheduled to start their home slate of conference games this weekend (in what looks like great weather), starting off by facing the #25 Stanford Cardinal (5-4, 3-0) tomorrow at 4:00 PM MT, followed up by playing the Cal Bears (0-9, 0-3) on Sunday afternoon.
Friday's game is scheduled for the Pac 12 Networks, while Sunday's will be viewable via a live streams. (Links and more info available below.)

ABOUT STANFORD: The Cardinal is 5-4 overall and leads the Pac-12 with a 3-0 record. Stanford is ranked No. 24 in the latest IL Women/IWLCA DI Poll and is No. 18 in the USA Lacrosse Magazine Poll. SU started the season 1-4 but then strung together four straight wins, including wins last weekend over Arizona State (19-11) and USC (15-14, OT).
Ashley Humphrey leads the team with 56 points, the fourth-best total in the nation. She has recorded 42 assists (4.67) which leads the NCAA and has 14 goals this season. Annabel Frist is second in point (30) and leads the Cardinal with 25 goals. She is also the team leader in draw controls with 36.
In net, Kara Rahaim has started in all nine games, playing in 491:21 minutes. She has allowed 94 goals while making 84 saves. Her 11.97 goals-against average ranks third in the Pac-12, while her 0.463 save percentage leads the conference.
THE SERIES: Stanford has a 10-6 lead in the all-time series against the Buffs. The Cardinal won both meetings between the two last year. The first game between both teams on March 20, 2021, went to overtime in Boulder. The Buffs lead 9-8 with under a minute to play in regulation. But a turnover by CU with 46 seconds to go gave Stanford the ball back and the Cardinal scored with 22 seconds left on the clock to force overtime. SU scored three minutes into the OT period to win the game, 10-9.
The second meeting in the regular season was canceled due to Covid-19 protocols within the Cardinal program, but the two did meet again in the championship game of the Pac-12 Tournament, May 8, in Stanford, Calif. Stanford won that game, 18-10.
ABOUT CALIFORNIA: The Bears enter the weekend 0-9 and are 0-3 in conference play. They will take on Oregon on Friday, March 25 before heading to Boulder to face the Buffs on March 27. Last weekend they lost to USC (9-19) and played a close game against Arizona State (18-21).
Liz Scott is the leading scoring for Cal with 20 goals and two assists. Amanda Morse is second with 13 goals while Maya Lawliss has scored 11 goals this season. Catherine Roxas and Kennedy Goss have combined for 55 draw controls. Roxas has a team-best 30 while Goss has the second most with 25.
Riley Drulinger has seen action in all nine of Cal's games in net. She has made 69 saves while allowing 144 goals in 472:58 minutes.
THE SERIES: CU owns an 8-2 advantage in the all-time series against Cal. The Bears won the first two meetings between the two programs, but since then, it has been all Buffs. CU won the first meeting in Boulder last season on March 22, 15-4, but the second time the two met in Berkeley, Calif., on April 11, the game was closer, 12-10.

One Love Foundation is a national non-profit organization with the goal of ending relationship abuse.
