South Carolina has some talent, but none that want to be coached.

Does seem there's a lot of P5 schools losing to nobody mid majors
Illinois hammered ucla in the second half. Final 79-70. Shannon, the Texas Tech transfer, shot the lights out with 29 for Illinois.
Shannon went gonzo. UCLA's offense got completely shut down the last 1/4 of that game. The thing that blew me away was fan support - game was in Las Vegas and it was almost like an Illinois home game. Crowd was a sea of orange.
They looked like it to me, just brutal.

Yeah it seemed like there weren't even any UCLA fans. Shannon was a ridiculous 8-9 on 3's. Announced said he got up at 445 am each morning to shoot 1000 shots. Dedication there. UCLA was killing it with 2 man game of Campbell&Jaquez the first half, but were mostly shut diwn after that. And they appear to be only a 6 man rotation at this point. Really missing Benard, Juzang.
Beavs beaved it, losing to Portland St. at home. Their Tulsa win gave me hope they'd make it through non-con without any horrible losses. Guess we'll see.

Frank Martin is quite the coach. Wouldn’t want to play for him, but he gets good players and to play well
I remember when we owned his ranked k state team one year. It was so much fun watching him yelling.
Man, Oregon lost to Irvine before falling to Houston.
Barthelemy dinged his ankle against Houston. Out 4-6 weeks.

And Oregon got torched 84-59 by #20 UConn last night. They have three 7' centers who played 79 minutes and two them scored 33 of the points. Work in progress and Sadly their poor early season showing is bad 4 the Pac12 since they'll probably figure it out later.
